Who knew? Well, the Spanish did, and do! Pure-bred Ibérico pigs grazing on holm oak acorns in the province of Cordoba. These pampered porkers are also called "four-legged olive trees" as they have the same health benefits as olive oil. And the meat is some of the most succulent you'll ever taste. Really. So, of course, we had to focus on the pig, the acorn, and Spain.
